Classroom Assignments/Homework:
Classroom assignments will turn into homework if not completed in class. Students need to review notes and vocabulary as part of their daily homework.
*We do not use a book for every science unit. If needed, students can check out a science book depending upon which unit we are covering. Many of our activities are hands on and they will receive worksheets based on the activity. Students need a 3 ring binder to keep their papers organized. They also need a composition notebook to write notes in daily.
Materials:
Students are responsible for bringing the following materials to class:
Pens/pencils- pencil case is highly recommended
Pocket Folder
Notebook
Being unprepared for class three times will result in an after school detention. Being prepared for class will result in good grades, praise & rewards.
Make up work from an absence:
Students are responsible for finding out missed assignments and completing the assignment(s) in the proper time period for credit. Students have as many school days they were absent to make up the missing assignments.
